The world is out to get us

I'm asking all the black people in this country to stop flying on United Airlines. The airline is a discriminator of all black people. Just last night I got kicked off of a United Airlines flight because of the color of my skin. Sure I pitched a fit when the airline host found me hiding my hair dryer in the seat cushion in first class, but I see white folk doing that all the time. I was only going to try to plug it into the emergency lighting system to touch up my hair. I see white folk doing that on every flight. Then I know there was that thing about 9/11 I said, but I hear white folk saying worse that that. Its a racial thing, I tell you, and we dont need to stand for it. Black folk Unite against United ! This constant harassment against us black folk has got to end !

Here we go again...

The posting cycle of the average Convoginator is cyclical. Case in point, I can go weeks without so much as an obtuse thought, and then post two obscene rants within hours of each other before returning to a mundane life of contemplating the meaning of pictures on cereal boxes. I guess my point is, I've looked at clouds from both sides. (both literally and figuratively) I guess I've looked at them from the inside too...

Many of my fellow Chocolate Milk Enthusiasts are plagued by the same posting habits as me. I must now call some names in hopes of shaming the individuals into performing their duty. Seashell (currently seated right beside me) posts all too often on her own blog, whilst neglecting the needs of our own Convogi-audience. I more-or-less accused her of springboarding her own website off of our hard-earned convogi-fame, and then she slapped me. Those of us who preach truths all too familiar to individuals who don't wish to hear them are used to this reaction, and I will once again point out her failed sitcom-like blog about three girls in a dorm. (too much estrogen) Now she will slap me again. *OUCH*

eRIc's blog was cancelled for unknown reasons, one can only assume that censors got tired of doing their duty vis-a-vis doody. Personally, I do not find fecaphelia just cause to cancel a blog, but this day and age what can you do.

We won't mention Paul, he's currently in parts unknown undoubtedly solving the worlds problems with a plateful of BBQ and a 1960's era sliderule. Let's not forget the Fire Lizard who must suffer many-a-request for Free Bird. Raincheck has not been around in just as long, nor Josh, the pizza man.

Speaking of pizza, Josh, do you deliver outside the city limits? The airport, in particular, I'm too lazy to drive to town.

So, what say you, black sheep? Are you prepared to return like the prodigal son(s) (and daughter) and face the music? Don't you remember why you accepted this awesome responsibility? Chocolate Milk, people... chocolate milk.

Check this...

I'm generally a pretty easy-going guy. Short of driving (of which I become quite frustrated with other in-duh-viduals) not much really gets to me. It might be my somewhat elitist personality, but there are very few individuals whose opinion of me really counts in my book. Afterall, it's my face I see in the mirror in the morning, not theirs. Something this afternoon did get me a little worked up though. I entered the Office Depot in Texarkana with the intent to purchase a laptop from the great deal of "hard earned money" that I have acculmulated whilst serving the world as a commercial pilot/flight instructor. The purchase rang up, and despite having substantially more than enough money to cover the check I was writing, I was surprised to have my check declined, not by my bank, but by Certegy Check Services, of which Office Depot is apparently affiliated in some shape, form, or fashion.

I was informed that Certegy acts as a safety net for companies who, by their very nature, are subject to some degree of financial risk by means of bad checks. Certegy "certifies" checks and will compensate merchants if the check turns out to be bad. How does all of this affect little ol' me, you might or might not be asking yourself at this juncture? Apparently, my lack frequent check writing flagged something in "the computer" which will henceforth be referred to as "Skynet" that a large check written by the likes of me must be fraudulent, and Skynet in all its electronic wisdom spat out a great denial upon my promissory note. Alas, the company even admitted that they have no information at all on me, and therefore could not authorize a check of such an amount. I was told that if I wrote checks more often, then they would stand a better chance of not being denied. And thus, the classic Catch-22. In order to be able to write checks, I must write checks, but how can I write checks when they will get declined?

Why then, after having my check returned to me, did I not whip out the debit card and complete the transaction in spite of Skynet? I'm vindictive, plain and simple. No agent of Skynet could authorize a check, and this was repeated numerous times to me while I sat on hold waiting for my chance to vent my frustration upon some unsuspecting customer service representative. The manager at Office Depot insisted that they were not allowed to accept a denied check even with a call to the bank to verify the availability of funds. I thanked the manager and informed him that me, and my debit card would be going to the competition to sort out my computing needs. As for Skynet, I informed them that, pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I wanted a consumer report mailed immediately simply because it would cost the company time and resources... admittedly, not even a drop in the proverbial bucket, but sometimes small victories are righteous nonetheless.

I'm ordering a Dell tomorrow... Now I will politely tell the middle man where to go.

It's the Phynerk, Manteca Show with occasional suprise guest THE CAPTAIN!

Nobody calls anymore, and they sure don't read this blog. I think maybe we should work on some PR push. How about a cereal. You ever notice that anytime a new kids movie comes out, it's success is directly tied to the sell of it's cereal? I think a nice Convoginators Marshmallow Crunch cereal that turns the milk brown would be an excellent way to achieve higher traffic. With prizes like the George W. Bush bobble head and the Convoginator's Back-Yard Anti-Terrorist Kit, we can't go wrong!

Then again maybe some of you would just post some thoughts (if you actually have any), ideas (ditto), observations, etc. and possibly spread the word. Blogs will rule the earth, and I want to be a player in the 2016 Presidential race. Manteca for President! Two Double Andy Burgers for every household! Go with the BLING, Manteca in 2016! Don't be a Stinka, vote Manteca!

Accidents happen

It seems a US military vehicle had an accident in Kabul, Afghanistan some time ago. The wreck caused one death and some damage. Naturally, since the United States has spent untold BILLIONS of dollars to voluntarily go over there to help rid that wretched place of the Taliban and the fact that many of our nations best have given their lives there,..... the locals rioted. The ensuing turmoil resulted in an additional 29 deaths !! Now, the United States is paying $112,651 for the original damage(s) caused by the truck accident. Can you imagine? I can only speculate on the claims that are being reconciled by our fair government. For instance:
Mumtaz Ahmed will receive $18,712 for one badly crushed cobra basket and $6,137 each for two sacred (smashed) cobras.
Khaleel Aziz Sheikh is getting $7,890 for a bag of sticks he was carrying at the time of the atrocity.
Lets not forget Abu ban habudabi has yet to locate his prized two-headed goat which will fetch a cool $20,000.
Omar Abduhl is receiving $1,400 for a badly damaged shoulder-carried grenade launcher.
Mohammud Ali Mohammud will collect $6000 for funeral expenses for his mother that he accidently shot during the riot.
Auto Zone of Kabul will be rewarded $13,500 for defamatory statements concerning the break job that they had recently done on the military vehicle in question.

Boo freakin' Hoo!

I agree awolf, we should give the president a big thanks for not killing unborn children. I know Michael J. Fox would disagree and is in fact pretty pissed off about the whole thing. I think I might drop him an email and see if he will donate his living body to research as an act of self-sacrifice toward the betterment of humanity. Interesting that congress is so stupid that they don't realize what they vote on...or do they? Next thing you know, we will be eating people. I don't know, maybe Mr. Fox is right. The United States should take th forefront and lead the world in this, I mean come on, we have developed some amazing things...and nobody got hurt...nuclear weapons, thalidimide, agent orange, my favorite, silicon breast implants...

Did anyone else notice that many of the evacuated Americans from Lebanon have been complaining? Can you believe that? The US State Department regulary issues warnings about NOT TRAVELING TO THE MIDDLE EAST!!! In fact, the last consular information sheet (January 2006) pretty much lets you know that IT AIN'T SAFE! I can't believe that my tax money is paying to "rescue" these people. THEN they complain. I would like to get a list of these people so I can send them a bill for 5 cents to get at least my tax money back! This is just like Hurricane Katrina, Americans expecting WAY to much from our government. Then again, I should just shut up and pay my 20%. Somebody needs a roof, some food and cable television, they don't need anything else to spoil their lifelong vacation.

I'm an idiot and I can't spell,

Hezbollah is an innocent victim...and I'm a Chip N' Dale Dancer

Dearest United Nations,

Although you are Zionist pigs or the friends of Zionist pigs, we implore you to help Lebanon, Hezbollah and our many terrorist friends, terrorist government officials and terrorist leaders from the evil Israel empire. Just because we have continually threatened, killed and terrorized the people of Israel over the years, we see no need for you to allow them to bully us. Sure some may say that we have brought this on ourselves. Many a day I have laughed and chuckled at the several innocent Israli civilians that we (through the guise of our many terrorist organizations) have killed. I'm sure that the rest of the world (who will die a pigs death) realizes how much of a sweet, peaceful Muslim country we are. If they don't know now, then that is only because we haven't been able to murder their innocent civilians in the name of allah, but we will. That is unless you allow the Israelis to wipe us off the face of the planet. What good will that do? Bring the middle east one more step closer to peace? What is peace? Peace is just a reason for us to murder innocent infidels!!!

I digress, please pass sanctions that will make sure that Hezbollah, Lebanon and all the terrorists therein may continue to murder as may infidels as we want. If you allow Israel to completely wipe us off the planet, then surely allah will punish you. I think... Well, allah shall give us the power to deflect and destroy the Israeli army!! They do not know who they are fighting.

Sincerely,

Abu ban habudabi

p.s. Please don't let Israel hurt us! Allah will destroy them! But just in case, please don't let Israel hurt us!

What...no superman?

Being an unknowing idiot of society and all things natural, I sometimes miss the boat. Tomorrow Matthew and I leave on an important trip that will help define not only our relationship/friendship/role-in-life, but possibly our futures. I am not easily spooked or intimidated, but for the first time in my life, a door lies before me that opens into something that I am not completely in control of. This isn't band, it isn't technology for the (haha) Hope Public Schools, not a playing gig, its something that I could possibly have no control over. So yes, all that to say, I'm a little nervous. Nervous in a good way. I mean, come on, if you know me, you know I have a safety net and an exit strategy. YES, those are in place. I just don't want to have to use them. Heck, I didn't really even want to create them, but that little voice in the back of my head made me do it. Oh yeah, and negative Nellie (I won't name any names)...

So anyway, I thought I would get that off of my chest and let you people (all 12 readers) roll that around in your mouth a bit. If you think about it any, think good thoughts on Monday!!!!
