I was able to obtain the algorithm to the website which scans an inputted blog and returns said blog’s “readability level”. Since none of you are really capable of understanding such a technical oratory ( except Kyle ) I will attempt to put the algorithm in terms that the ‘lay’ person will be able to grasp.
First, the algorithm ( herafter refered as the program – I don’t like trying to remember how to properly spell algorithm each time I type it) reads the inputted blog’s URL address.
Next, there is a 0.001 second delay at which time the readability level is returned as “ HIGH SCHOOL”.
Proof that this is the case is that before Jeff C’s last post our blog received a “HIGH SCHOOL” readability level and after Jeff C’s post; the same. Clearly we should have seen a much higher rating if the program was anything more that I previously described. Thus, proving once more that you can’t believe everything you read on Al Gore’s Internet.
