82 minutes in Hell !!

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Nicole Richie was released from jail Thursday after serving a ridiculous and cruel 82 minutes!
Richie arrived at jail with her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley and her boyfriend, Good Charlotte singer Joel Madden. Her time at the Century Regional Detention Facility was spent getting booked, including taking a mugshot and submitting her fingerprints, Holley said.
The fact that she didn't reach her jail cell is inconsequential. During this intense time of incarceration Ms Richie was forced to miss getting her nails done at Peppies emporium. To make matters even worse, her agent was told Ms. Richie would not be able to receive any cell phone messages concerning her latest movie ; ‘The life of Mother Teresa’. Also during the agonyzing absence, her poodle; Fluffels soiled the mats of her Porsche.
"She was really treated like any other inmate," Holley said. "I think every inmate in her position, with that type of charge, would have been treated as she was."
The entire ordeal was over the foolish charges of only seven misdemeanor drunken-driving and cocaine charges for two arrests in the last four months. It’s clear that the “legal” system of California has become as insensitive and inhumane as Iran and other radical counties. It’s clear from this that you do not want to break the law in California where the most extreme punishments that do not compassionately match the crime still occurr.
Ms. Richie will clearly be scarred from this invasion of her life for years to come. We can only hope changes will come to our cruel system of "justice" in California before another INNOCENT person is so wrongly mistreated.
