Come on ...MAN!
Wow, sen. Biden likes to threaten in his little talks. Here he is talking about the funding bill and at the end as he leans towards the mans left side he states "we're going to shove it down his throat." You know, we are arresting kids for hate speech everyday, what about senators?
Oh yeah, Biden is a tool...so I'm pretty sure you don't arrest tools.
