Never gonna get it...

What in the Sam Hill does "freedom" in this country have to do with people losing their children? HA HA HA!! Please don't "listen" to us anymore. Your fanciful ignorance is making the whole idea of the internet wane each time you log on.

I sympathize with the parents. I'm sure the marshmallow case has legal precedence. Probably because of the Samson v. Mahican Indians Case, 1743, Salem, Mass. The Mahicans raided the village killing the Samson's young daughter Viriginia. So they sued the Mahicans for wrongful death. They won several million also. The Mahicans on the other hand could not sue because the liberals hadn't decided to make them one of their "charities" yet. Also, the sheer fact that they had been driven from their land, hunted as savages and were starving to death was inconsequential.

You sit in you dorm room, bed room, living room, on your computer, with your Xbox, Game Cube, Playstation and you think that you have the answers because CNN and the other kids tell you so. I'm sorry... Think for yourself, take responsibilities for your actions, pay ALL of your bills. Why does it ALWAYS have to be somebody else's fault?? Why can't we just accept action and reaction? My dog was run over by a trailer last night. Yeah, Murray. My dad hit him. Was it my dad's fault, was it mine...was it Murray's? The answer is no, it was a combination of things. Accidents happen. The coffee is hot, had it not been, the lady would have sued because it was cold. Geez...freedom is a swinging door. I have the RIGHT to serve you hot coffee! I shouldn't have to put a label on a gun that states "Do not aim loaded gun at face and pull trigger...will cause death!" OK, now I'm rambling because of the absurdity of this topic. Use your ever loving brains...

Oh yeah, Murray is doing OK, it completely dislocated his back leg, but he is all wrapped up and medicated with the doggy narcotics.

Later,

Manteca
