I can speak from 20-plus years of experience of actually "living" in the place you call 'The Big Easy'.
Noo Awlins is actually a living landfill. It always makes me laugh when I hear someone actually say they
LIKED the French Quarter ! I mean how would you respond to someone who came up to you with a smile from
ear-to-ear and exclaimed, "I love visiting the latrine; it's a great place to see history". In fact I worry sometimes
when I hear positive remarks about the French Quarter. In fact, the only people that normally do ( that actually live there) are gay.
Oh, speaking of the flask, engrave the following on it " For non-alcoholic liquids only".
Mr. Raincheck, I'm NOT getting on to you, it's just that many tourist get taken in by the same jive. The place is a DUMP !!!
