I noticed that the posting has slowed down a bit. I guess it is the looming election, or maybe just honors papers. I also noticed that Seashell referred to me in her last post "... self-centered, obese, unintelligent people who don't know what they want as long as they don't have to work for it." I cried a little, but I got over it.
Matthew made a good observation today. If Kerry wins, it won't be the end of the world. It will be a fruitless 4 years. The Senate and the House will pretty much counteract anything that needs to take place, and our country will languish in a quagmire of apathy. NO real leader, no "moving forward." Oh well... I, like Matthew, will most likely question, be it only for a second, my source of news and information concerning our country and the Bush administration.
Now all of that is mere twaddle. I feel confident in the intelligence of the American voter and secure in the idea that the right decision will be made at the polling centers in this wonderful country. (How do you like that false sense of security?)
I watched some of Bill Maher on HBO. Richard Belzer and Gen. Weasely Clark bashed George W. while surprisingly Kevin Costner took the whiney panty waste, but yet somewhat conservative slant...then he pulled out his bow and arrow and saved Maid Marion...it was awesome. I love "Dances with Robin Hood the Postman in Waterworld!"
Despite what happens tomorrow, this self-centered, obese, unintelligent person (who doesn't know what he wants as long as he doesn't have to work for it) will continue to support George W. Bush. The man doesn't have to be president just to get his message across…although it does help!
George W. Bush For President!manteca
p.s. Seashell, I know you weren't talking about me...just a little jab at the fat guy...who is me!
