This is very interesting. This group of students at Boulder high school are "camping out" in the school library until the GOP answers some of their questions. Hmmm... And it seems their school approves of such action. They may not be holding anyone hostage, but they are, in my opinion unruly and out of order. Is this a form of terrorism? We are not leaving until we get our way? Not sure how you would call this one.
WE ALL KNOW that high school children know what's best. I think it is distressing that neither their parents nor their teachers can answer the questions they have. Another stunt, this time perpetrated by children. And yes, if you are in high school and reading this, you are still a child. Relish it, be a child as long as you can. When it is gone, it is gone.
The public school that I teach at would send everyone to alternative school if they pulled a stunt like this. Although the kids here are WAY to indolent to pull a stunt like this...
