Supposedly heard while listening to approach somewhere:
Approach: "Delta Nine Sixty-Five, maintain five thousand until established, cleared ILS runway One Eight Left approach, contact tower inside the marker: one nineteen point five."
Delta 965: "Five 'till the glide, cleared for the ride, tower inside, nineteen five, delta nine sixty-five, see ya."
Not standard phraseology, but oh so cool.
Sorry about the pilot humor, but I thought the message board needed some lightening up. Not that I don't love politics, it's just it seems to be dominating the board lately. Where's Paul?
