What's going on?
I'm a little confused. Well that's normal. The president meets with the banking giants and tells them no more on the leer jets, the bonuses and the high salaries. Now he tells the GM CEO to step down, and the guy does it. WHEN did the federal government get the power to control the major businesses in the United States? I have had so many people tell me that the economy is going to be fine. Really? I guess I have fallen back into that glass half empty mentality that marks one of my "dark moods." I know that this mood really brings everyone else down, so I will make a concerned effort to keep on playing as the ship goes sinks. Hey, at least my bass floats! Let's hope that it can handle a load of 300 + pounds!
These three make help me make it through the rough times, they also happen to make up the rest of my ROCK BAND!

I did some research and got the scoop on a picture of the guy the day after he threw the shoe at Ahmadiejad. It "proves" that Iran has total freedom of expression.

I need to be asleep!
I am totally trashed. I feel like I have had about four hours of sleep in the last forty eight hours. Wait, I think I HAVE only had four hours of sleep in the last forty eight hours. Anyway, I had to post a little before I get a whopping five hours of sleep.
First, if you haven't heard Rush Limbaugh speak at CPAC, then you are truly missing out on one of the most important speeches of the last ten years. He pretty much called it like it is. If the Republican party doesn't "get it" this time, then they deserve whatever "hell" awaits them. Second, the federal government, under the Obama administration and Democrap party are bound and determined to control every facet of your life. Thirty nine percent of Citibanks stock, soon a car company or two, the drought problem in California, the moral rights of doctors. Need I go on? He even has his wife Michelle kissing the military's brass medals at the start of women's history month by speaking at the Women in Military Service for America Memorial Center at Arlington National Cemetery. In my crazy, conspiracy filled mind, he is lining up all the players for a nice little National Socialist regime (with hints of fascism) fueled by fear and controlled with force. It will soon be okay to be poor as long as you "feel" you are in control! The fact that you will "owe" the government for everything you have is just icing on their cake!
Okay, it is evident as I read back through that last little tirade that I need some sleep. I will get some Z's and then reread that last rant and modify if necessary!

I added a nice little stopwatch timer below the tagboard for those of you that are finding yourselves spending too much time reading the lovely nuggets of truth and fiction that we have here.
